Schedule
9am — Line up and Tournament Open
The final schedule will be available and distributed prior to the day, as it is dependent on the signups and the size of divisions. The schedule will also be available on the day by the main entrance.
Non-Liability and Indemnity
By purchasing a ticket for the Allen Fourie Memorial Tournament, you, the participant, hereby specifically, irrevocably and unconditionally acknowledge and record that you will not have any claim of whatsoever nature and arising out of whatsoever cause against the organisers or any persons of the Allen Fourie Memorial Tournament 2026. The aforesaid will include inter alia all or any claims for damages, loss, death, injury, disability, cost, expenses and arising out of whatsoever cause.
Without derogating from the generality of what is contained above, you hereby specifically, irrevocably and unconditionally waive and abandon all or any claims of whatsoever nature and arising out of whatsoever cause which you might have had against the organisers officials or members associated with the Allen Fourie Memorial Tournament 2026.
The aforesaid indemnity and waiver of liability will extend to any director, shareholder, member, employee, instructor, associate, club member or the like who is in any way associated to or connected with the SA JKA Karate Association or Tournament Committee.
You hereby consent to the processing of your/your minor child’s personal information, as provided by the ticket purchaser, in line with the Rules and for the purposes of this competition. You further consent to photographs being taken of you/your minor child at any stage of the competition and to the use of any such photographs for marketing and/or any other related purposes.
